Privacy, Return & Satisfaction Policy

At OnestopDP, your privacy, personal information, and satisfaction are extremely important to us. This combined policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit OnestopDP.com, request a quote, place an order, upload artwork, or contact our team, and it also explains our custom-order return and satisfaction terms.

1) About Custom Orders

All products at OnestopDP are custom-made to order based on your selections, uploaded files, artwork, sizes, quantities, and other specifications.

Because of this:

  • Custom items are generally non-returnable
  • Custom items are generally non-refundable once production has started or has been completed
  • Once an order is approved and moved into production, it cannot be canceled or modified

We work quickly to meet deadlines, so please review all order details carefully before final approval.

2) Our Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

If there is an issue caused by our production, such as:

  • printing defects
  • incorrect specifications
  • damage caused by production

we may, at our discretion:

  • reprint the order at no cost, or
  • provide a refund if a reprint is not a suitable solution

Our goal is simple: you receive the product you approved and paid for.

3) Information We Collect

When you use our website or services, we may collect:

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and address when provided
  • Quote and order details such as products selected, sizes, quantities, deadlines, notes, and communication history
  • Artwork and uploaded files such as logos, images, designs, and print-ready files you submit for proofing or production
  • Payment-related information through secure payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers
  • Website and device information such as IP address, browser type, device details, pages viewed, and basic analytics data

4) How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • send quotes, proofs, approvals, invoices, and order updates
  • produce and fulfill your print products
  • provide customer support and answer questions
  • confirm design, print, and production specifications
  • improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • communicate with you by email, phone, or SMS when requested or opted in
  • protect against fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity
  • comply with legal and operational requirements

We may also send marketing or promotional emails if applicable, and you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

5) Uploaded Artwork & Customer Responsibility

If you upload your own design or artwork, you are responsible for making sure your files are print-ready.

This includes responsibility for:

  • resolution
  • sizing
  • spelling
  • colors
  • layout
  • final design accuracy

Low-quality files may result in low-quality printed products.

To help avoid problems, we recommend:

  • using high-resolution files, preferably 300 DPI
  • checking spelling and layout carefully before submitting
  • asking our team to review your files if you are unsure

If needed, our team is happy to review your file before printing.

6) Proof Approval

For orders that include a proof:

  • you will receive a proof before production
  • you must review all details carefully
  • once approved, the proof is considered final

We will print based on the approved proof. Please check all spelling, layout, colors, sizing, and other details before approving.

7) Color Disclaimer

Because screens, monitors, materials, inks, and production methods vary, printed colors may look different from what you see on your screen.

Please note:

  • exact color matching is not guaranteed
  • slight differences in color, brightness, and contrast are normal
  • variations may occur because of material type, lighting, ink, and finishing processes

If color accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a physical proof or sample before full production.

8) Acceptable Production Variations

As with all custom printing and manufacturing, slight variations may occur.

These may include minor differences in:

  • color
  • size
  • alignment
  • placement
  • finishing

Small variations within normal industry tolerances are considered acceptable and do not automatically qualify as defects, reprints, or refunds.

9) Quantity Variations

For some printed products, especially bulk orders, a small overrun or underrun may occur.

  • Quantity variation is typically within ±5% to 10%
  • You will only be charged for the quantity actually delivered unless otherwise stated

This is standard practice in the printing industry.

10) Deadline-Sensitive Orders

We understand that timing matters.

If an error on our side causes a deadline-sensitive order to miss its required deadline and the product is no longer usable for its intended purpose, we will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a reprint or refund where appropriate.

11) How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos clearly showing the problem

Our team will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible.
